The cold has finally hit the Pacific Northwest! With days in the low 30's and nights even colder this week, Hot Chocolate season has officially arrived! As the seasonal hot chocolate bar is finalized, we discovered a couple of new "mix-ins" that are now a regular member of the bar! Thought we would share our delicious discoveries.
Caramel Kitchen handmade caramel sauce. We were directly across from them at the Victorian Country Christmas show last week. We couldn't ask for a better spot. Hot chocolate and caramel sauce is a match made in heaven. And it doesn't get better than Caramel Kitchen sauce! They are out of Coeur d'Alene, ID. Our neighbors to the east of our own Washington State. Like us, they are a family company that mixes in small batches, do all the labeling and filling of their containers. With 9 flavors to choose from, it's a labor of love. Check them our at caramelkitchen.com or follow them on Facebook or on Instagram @caramelkitchencda. Even better? Stop in at their storefront the next time you are in Coeur d'Alene and say HI!
Amy's Decadent Chocolates Fresh-made Marshmallows. Pillowy goodness that elevates our hot chocolate to a flavorful winter wonderland. How can you go wrong with flavors like Peppermint, Plain fluffy Marshmallow or our personal favorite Blackberry Cheesecake Marshmallow?! In our White Chocolate Hot Chocolate those Blackberry Cheesecake Marshmallows are life changing. You can order them dipped in milk or dark chocolate and even dipped with caramel and milk or dark chocolate. Head on over and visit their website at amysdecadentchocolates.com
Happy mix-in! We hope your day is tickettyboo!
